The APHC spokesman while commenting on the ongoing border skirmishes between the armies of India and Pakistan resulting in a war like situation in the region, said the exchange of heavy firing between the two armies is taking a serious toll on the people living on the both sides of Line of Control as they are losing their property and their lives and live under a perpetual threat to their life and property.
